Place your first order
For added security, in order to place an order you must be registered with R&P Prints, to do so, follow the following steps:
- On the left side of the window, click on 'Don't Have an Account? Register Here'
- Then fill in all the fields marked by an asterisk.
- Upon completion, you will receive an automated email asking you to click the link in the email to complete your sign up. If you have not received an automated email, please check your spam folder before contacting us.
- You will then be automatically logged in and can then proceed to place orders by clicking on the Ready to Order link on the left side of the page.
Upload your files
In order to send your photos for print, you have to upload them to our server first. To do so, following the following steps:
- Login to your account and click 'Place a New Order'
- You can upload up to 10 photos at once, or upload all your photos if you have them in ZIP archive (see below for more info on ZIP archives). To browse your computer for the photos that you would like to upload, click browse for each photo and locate the photo on your computer. Once you've selected all the files that you wanted printed, click 'Upload and Continue'
ZIP Archives
Windows XP and Vista have an integrated utility, that will allow you to archive all of your photos in one large file for easy upload. To create an archive, follow these steps:
- Select the photos that you are interested in.
- Right Click on the selected files
- Hover over Send To, then click on Compressed (zipped) Folder
- A zip folder should appear with the selected contents contained inside. The zipped folder acts as a single file.
If you are unable to locate Compressed (zipped) Folder, you might need to download a free utility here (called WinRar). Refer to program's Help for instructions.
